Golf Hotel De Valescure & Spa Nuxe - Saint-Raphael (Var)

Location near to magnificent palms and cypress trees, woodlands, golf course, a gorgeous turquoise lake, and the restaurant for new arrivals. Modern airy room with a nice size bathroom.

The location was stunning, just a short walk to the beaches, nearby town, cypress trees, Riviera sites. the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. - the service was efficient. - the breakfast was savory and sensational, with a wide array of food.

I really liked the location next to a golf course and therefore far from the hectic lie of the seaside

Swimming pool, service, restaurants, rooms with balcony, cleanliness, etc. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

It is too far from the beaches to walk

The staff was polite, kind, nothing too much trouble. The view was delightful.- The service was amazing.- Thank you very much for the really comfortable stay.I thoroughly enjoyed this place and will definitely go again next time.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a cozy bed. The hotel's location in the quiet forest area provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. We also enjoyed the attentive service provided by the friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met.

The facilities of the hotel, particularly the pool, were in need of renovation. we found the massage service to be overpriced and not enjoyable, which was a letdown considering the emphasis on relaxation and wellness at the hotel.

We were on honeymoon and as i know France fairly well, avoided the tourist traps of the sea front - we ate where the French people eat - I would advise anyone with a hire car to go to Mons and arrive in time for lunch. Food in the region incredible. Best Western has short game area and driving range which whilst were not in great condition made up for it by being next to hotel. golf course great for beginner golfers.

Pool is not suitable for lap swimmers as is too small - apart from this reviews on web are good and fair. For golfers - i am 10 handicap and have to say the golf courses i tried were more than ok scenery-wise but were in poor condition for better golfers. Eg, Nearby Estel greens were great but fairways just mud. (in fairness they did heavily discount so i didn't mind and used it as hitting off mud practise!!)

We had a big room(privilege) with a balcony, very cosy, home-like style. Very near to golf - a great plus

The working hours of the restaurant are not convenient - if you finish the game at 3 o'clock or later you can have only sandwiches - this is not proper. We played golf in many places all over the world and this is the first time we come across with this situation. Hot meals should be served at least till 4 or 5 o'clock

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities, including a large pool. The hotel was located in a quiet area surrounded by a beautiful forest and close to the clubhouse. Staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was available.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel had a beautiful position, with an excellent swimming pool and comfortable sun beds. We also enjoyed the fact that we had a suite, which provided plenty of room for us to relax. The comfortable bed and balcony were additional bonuses. Another advantage was the proximity to both Saint Raphael and Agay, as it was just a short car ride away.

Despite being told that the issue had been sorted out, we had to go into reception to access the internet, which was quite inconvenient. the massage service at the hotel was overpriced and not enjoyable.

The hotel is very dirty and the stuff is not kind . there are no service room menu in the room even if a room service is avaible. Dont go to this hotels

I hated the food: very bad food with extremely limited choices - definitely not 4 stars. The staff was not nice (with the exception of only one person).

Spent my Xmas holiday at this hotel and liked the clean rooms and comfy beds. the breakfast spread was also quite good. the hotel has a nice pool and is situated in a quiet area surrounded by forests.

If you're not a golfer, there's not much else to do in the area. Plus, it's quite far from the city center, so you need to have a car to go anywhere.
